Twenty-two rooms in a former convent, where the original circulation becomes the heart of the hotel.
The cloister is left empty. Guest rooms borrow their proportions from the cells that preceded them, each with a deep window seat cut into the wall.
Materials are few: lime, chestnut, and a dark local stone used for every threshold and bath.
